The service was incredible, just like I expected. I asked for triple room and it was large with comfortable bed. The staff and the host were all amicable. The hotel has great and perfect location near pattong beach and main striip, shopping center and the bars:)))

The location was great, walking distance from the beach and shops, and close to the party scene. the staff was friendly when they were present, but they were not always available. the room was small but had basic amenities.

The room was damp and smelled moldy. the bathroom was dirty and the shower didn't work properly.

The hotel was very close to the beach and there were plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the room was spacious with comfortable beds. the breakfast was tasty and served directly to our room.

Our room had a power outage which caused us to change rooms. This was handled well by the staff, but it was still an inconvenience.

The hotel is conveniently located near an excellent beach and close to many shops and nightlife. Everything Patong has to offer is only a stone's throw away, making this a perfect base for exploring the area. the friendly staff ensures the rooms are cleaned daily for a fresh stay.

The lack of an elevator might not be ideal for some guests with mobility issues.

I recently stayed at Centre Point Patong and had a wonderful experience. The staff went above and beyond when we lost our GoPro in a taxi, tracking down the driver and having it delivered back to the hotel. They also provided excellent recommendations for daily tours at the lowest prices. The location is perfect, just a short walk to the beach and popular shopping areas. The hotel room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. The wifi was fast and reliable. I would definitely stay here again.
